These listing is for 2 100% handmade Ipe Tanbo Sticks. The Ni Tanbo are also known as Kali Sticks or Escrima Sticks.The Tanbo are self defense training tool used in Kobudo martial arts weapon styles usually wielded in pairs in Arnis style South American Martial Arts. This is an upgrade from common Rattan sticks. These Sticks are 24" by 1" in diameter.

The materials consist of solid Ipe wood which is twice as hard as hickory. It has a beautiful dark brown color and feels heavy to the hands.

It is finished with several coats of Linseed and Beeswax oil, which adds beauty protection and allows the users hands to slip effortlessly up and down the stick, which is required for proper technique.
