Tapered Staffs

These staffs are tapered. Generally there is a section in the middle for about a foot or so where the staff maintains its full maximum central width, and then it gently tapers down to its final diameter. Tapering greatly increases rotation speed during technique while still maintaining the strength of the staffs at the tips. 

Unless specifically requested 

1,1/4 staffs are tapered to approximately 15/16" at the tips

1,1/8 to 7/8

and 1" to 3/4 or 13/16 inches.
