Refund policy

Returns, exchanges, and cancellations

We gladly accept returns and exchanges. For all inquiries of this type, or for any reason regarding an existing order or to initiate a return please e-mail us as soon as possible at scrapwoodmartialarts@gmail.com

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You must not have used it for contact at all, or it is not eligible for a return. You must ship the item back within two weeks of delivery and the item must be in the original condition. Regardless if you have any questions or concerns please reach out to me and I will do what I can to help! 

Cancellations can be requested. If there is a mistake in the order or an adjustment in the order is needed please contact us as soon as possible so we may work with you to get you what you want.

Custom orders are not returnable or exchangeable. 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of the refund.

Once we recieve the item back in original condition, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will receive a refund for the cost of item minus the original shipping charge.
