Jo Staffs

     This is  our collection of Jo Staffs. They are typically around 4 feet long or 48 inches, and can also come in 5ft lengths or any size in between. These can be made from solid or laminated Appalachian Hickory , Ipe/Brazilian Walnut or Purpleheart. These sticks are typically one inch in width, but can also be made in 1,1/8" or 1,1/4". They are used in the Japanese martial arts known as Jodo and Aikido.
