Jo Staffs

Welcome to our Jo Staff collection. Jo staffs are typically around 4 feet long or 48 inches and can also come in 5ft lengths or any size in between. These weapons are made to last a lifetime. They can be made from solid or laminated Appalachian Hickory, Ipe/Brazilian Walnut or Purpleheart. These sticks are typically one inch in width but can also be made in 1,1/8" or 1,1/4". They are typically used in the Japanese martial arts known as Jodo and Aikido.  

They are also act as perfect hiking companions and are the most natural for of self defense and security while on a trail or in the woods
