Do items shown as Available In Stock mean they are ready to ship?

No. Staffs that have been shaped into raw form are put in inventory and stored to cure. This is what is shown as available for purchase on the store. This guarantees that my inventory reflects the staffs available and nobody can purchase more than what I have available to create. When an order is placed there is an involved finishing and inspection process. This includes several stages of sanding, sometimes tapering, shaping, straightening, traditional oiling, and then finally... the final inspection. For many reasons and at any stage a staff can be rejected, and another staff will have to take its place and go through the same finishing process.

Due to the nature of making these handmade wooden objects, please allow up to two weeks for this process before shipping. These objects will never and should never rushed. Sometimes, depending on the staff, and current orders, I am able to have products out much faster than 2 weeks. However that depends on the exact situation and I can not predict or advise on any particular time frame as each staff is a unique experience.

Sincerely,

-Adam
