Can you tell me when you expect my order to ship?

All staffs are handmade must undergo a finishing process, so please allow up to two weeks for shipping from the date of purchase.  It often happens that the staff ships much sooner than this time frame, but due to purchase volume and individual differences in orders and staffs this is not always the case, so please allow up to two weeks for shipping.

Sometimes people ask me when the staff will be shipped. In the past I have often given an estimate, however I will no longer do this. Reason being that it can happen that at some stage in the process a problem is noticed that makes this staff not acceptable. In which case I have to prepare a new one for you. This requires a lot of emails explanation, extra communication and can create stress for everyone involved, so at this point I will not be able to give an estimate of when the staff will be shipped within that two week time frame. This applies ONLY to products purchased from my online store. Custom orders through email (scrapwoodmartialarts@gmail.com) can take longer and will vary. This will always explained through email conversation. Thank you for your understanding.
