48" - 54" High Quality Handmade Jo Staffs

These are our collection of handmade Jo Staffs. Jo Staffs are typically around 4 feet long or 48 inches. But can also come in 5 foot lengths for longer jo staffs or any size in-between. These can be made from solid or laminated appalachian hickory hardwood, ipe wood or brazilian walnut or purpleheart. These sticks are typically one inch in width, but can also be made in 1,1/8" or 1,1/4". They are used in japanese or Okinawa traditional karate martial arts and aikido.
